All of our bags ship within 3-5 business days from the Texarkana Metro Area. This gives us time to lovingly and securely package your new heirloom.
Should you need your item quicker, please reach out via email prior to purchasing to ensure we can meet your needs. We are happy to help!
Local pick-up is available in Texarkana, TX. Your items may be picked up within the hours of 10-6, Mon-Sat. Please allow one business day for your order to be picked and packed, unless you have reached out to ensure quicker pickup.

Due to the handmade nature of our bags and the unique processing of leather, each bag may vary slightly. However, we will never compromise on quality or craftsmanship.
At this time, we do not accept returns. If you find your bag to be unsatisfactory, please reach out to us within 5 days of receipt.
